God Has an Ironic Sense of Humor By Frank Scoblete A few days ago I had a tree company come to my property to trim all my trees of dead branches. I have six trees that are well over 100 feet and several trees in the 70 foot range. I was worried that those Northeaster snow storms might cause some big damage to my house and maybe my neighbors' houses. So the trees were trimmed. The very next day, yesterday, the winds were gusting up to 50 miles per hour but I was safe and secure in my office writing away. My trees were trimmed! Then I heard a huge "thump!" on the side of my house. I ran to the kitchen and there it was - a nice, fat branch had fallen from one of my smaller trees! There was no damage to my house but I learned another valuable lesson... God has an ironic sense of humor!
